US Quadball Launches “Beyond the Binary” Fundraiser to Champion Inclusive Sport
US Quadball has launched Beyond the Binary: Fuel the Future of Inclusive Quadball, a month-long fundraising campaign dedicated to supporting transgender, non-binary, and queer athletes through inclusive programming, education, and community initiatives. Running from June 1-30, the campaign aims to raise $5,000 to help sustain and expand USQ’s commitment to gender inclusion in sport.
“From the sidelines to the spotlight, LGBTQ2IA+ athletes have shaped quadball into the sport it is today. This campaign isn’t just about raising funds. It’s about honoring that legacy and ensuring the next generation of players sees themselves reflected in every field, roster, and leadership space,” said USQ Board Chair Annika Kim.
Through Givebutter, supporters can make one-time or recurring donations. Monthly gifts help sustain USQ’s mission year-round, funding programs that promote access, safety, and visibility for all athletes. Donors can receive recognition ranging from social media shoutouts and website acknowledgments to custom thank-you videos and free admission to the 2027 USQ Cup.
Community engagement is also a key feature of the campaign. The “Refer a Donor” challenge encourages volunteers and USQ members to spread the word. Anyone who recruits three new donors or raises at least $150 will receive exclusive USQ merchandise, including a 2027 USQ Cup shirt or hat and a Beyond the Binary sticker pack.
As one of the most gender-inclusive sports leagues in the country, USQ continues to champion the belief that everyone belongs in sport. Every donation helps ensure that inclusion remains at the heart of USQ’s mission—on and off the field.
