USQ Board of Directors Update
US Quadball is excited to announce the organization’s new officers for the Board of Directors. Following a season focused on stabilization, rebuilding trust, and laying the groundwork for the future of the sport, the incoming executive board will help guide USQ into its next phase of long-term growth.
The new Executive Board is as follows:
Board Chair: Annika Kim
Vice Chair: Justin Bogart
Treasurer: Clay Dockery
Secretary: Patrick Rardin
The new leadership group takes over at a pivotal time for the organization as USQ continues its ongoing strategic planning process. Over the past several months, volunteers, players, team leaders, officials, alumni, and other community stakeholders have contributed feedback through surveys, town halls, discussions, and working groups to help shape the future direction of the organization.
That process will culminate in a multi-year strategic plan focused on strengthening participation, improving organizational sustainability, supporting teams and volunteers, diversifying revenue streams, and creating a more stable long-term future for quadball in the U.S.
“I’m excited for the year ahead, especially the implementation of our new strategic plan shaped by feedback from all of you,” said incoming Board Chair Annika Kim. “I’m looking forward to working alongside my fellow board members, our volunteers, and our staff as we continue guiding USQ forward. Bernie provided strong leadership during his term, and I’m grateful for the foundation he built. I’m honored for the opportunity to give back to a community that means so much to me, and I’m excited to continue building upon this season’s success.”
The organization would also like to thank outgoing Board Chair Bernie Berges for his leadership and service during a transitional period for USQ. Under his leadership, the organization navigated significant operational challenges while helping position USQ for future progress.
The incoming officers will continue to work alongside USQ staff and volunteers as the organization moves into the implementation phase of its strategic planning process and continues building on the momentum of the 2025-26 season.
USQ is currently seeking new board members, including at least one junior member (current college student or recent graduate). Interested in joining the board? Send your resume to board@usquadball.org.
