Your contribution to USQ supports our operations and programming and helps fulfill the mission of governing the sport of quadball and inspiring young people to lead physically active and socially engaged lives.

MATCHING GIFT

Did you know that many companies will double your donation to US Quadball by matching your contribution dollar for dollar?

  • Contact your company's Human Resources or Community Relations department to see if they have a matching gift program.

  • If they do, complete the steps provided by your employer either online or by mail. If your company uses Benevity, USQ already has an account through that portal.

  • If not completed online, please return your form to US Quadball, P.O. Box 92, New York, NY 10033. Contact us by email at info@usquadball.org to let us know the information is on its way.
