USQ STRATEGIC PLAN 2026-36
A LEAGUE
BUILT FOR A LIFETIME
Building the future of quadball through sustainable growth, stronger communities, and opportunities to participate at every stage of life.
Vision
US Quadball is a league built for a lifetime. From accessible youth leagues in major cities to sustainable college programs and a thriving club ecosystem to an engaged alumni network, the pathway is clear at every stage. USQ is built to endure and ensure quadball continues to grow and thrive across generations.
Why This Plan Exists
For two decades, US Quadball has existed because thousands of people believed this sport was worth building.
We started teams where none existed. We volunteered countless hours. We coached teams, officiated games, fundraised, organized tournaments, and created communities that changed lives. That work brought us here. But passion alone isn't enough to sustain a sport.
If we want quadball to exist 10, 20, or 50 years from now, we have to build an organization that is stronger than any one generation of players or volunteers. We need systems that outlast individuals, regions that can thrive on their own, and pathways that allow someone to discover quadball as a child and still find a place in the community decades later.
That is the purpose of this strategic plan.
Over the next 10 years, US Quadball will focus on creating a league built for a lifetime. We will invest in youth, strengthen college and club programs, expand opportunities to play, improve the participant experience, diversify our revenue, and build the infrastructure necessary to support sustainable growth. This is not a plan built around chasing headlines or overnight success. It is a commitment to doing the difficult, unglamorous work that creates lasting organizations.
The future of quadball won't be determined by one tournament, one season, or one board of directors. It will be determined by the decisions we make today and the foundation we leave for the people who come after us.
This plan is our roadmap. Now it's time to build.
