USQ Membership Registration Now Open for the 2025-26 Season

The 2025-26 US Quadball membership season is here. Membership registration for teams, players, officials, coaches, and tournament directors is officially open, with all memberships valid through June 30, 2026. Whether you’re part of a college program, a club team, or you’re joining USQ for the first time, this is your ticket to compete, connect, and contribute to quadball’s growth across the U.S.

As always, memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Registration is open from September 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026.

We’ve made several updates to membership to streamline pricing, make registration easier to understand, and increase value for teams and players.

Membership pricing has been standardized, replacing last season’s tiered monthly increases with a clear early bird period followed by a single standard rate. The early bird frame differs for college and club based on recruitment periods and previous years’ gameplay schedules and registration trends. These may shift in future years.

College Players: $85 for the first 100 registrants, $90 early bird, $110 after March 1, 2026

Club Players: $100 early bird, $115 after Dec. 1, 2025

All memberships come with valuable benefits that help players focus on the game:

  • Insurance coverage at USQ-official and -sanctioned events

  • Eligibility to play in national qualifiers and US Quadball Cup 2026

  • Training and certifications for coaches, referees, flag runners, and tournament directors

  • Discounts with USQ partners

  • Discounted attendance to Quadballfests and USNT Training Camps

  • Fundraising resources, including team GiveButter pages for tax-deductible donations

  • Listing and recognition on the USQ website

  • Access to USQ-hosted informational sessions with topics such as recruitment, retention, team-building, etc.

Team registration will no longer be on a tiered monthly increase. It will be the same rate year-round. New college teams can contact membership@usquadball.org for a discount.

College Team: $330

Club Team: $360

Every team membership includes access to event insurance, resources, fundraising tools; and certifications for coaches, officials, and tournament directors; and season-long licensing of the USQ logo and QUADBALL, all bundled together to simplify planning and support for your season.

Trial memberships remain available for $15 with the option to roll that cost into a full membership later in the season. They remain invalid for national qualifiers and USQ Cup.

Additionally, USQ will no longer charge a fee for a non-playing tournament director certification and will no longer offer the non-playing staff membership. Teams will be permitted to designate a certain number of non-playing staff dependent on the tournament. College conferences, such as Massachusetts Quadball Conference, that join USQ will also no longer be charged a yearly maintenance fee.

These changes were designed to make it easier for teams to plan their seasons, reduce the administrative burden on captains and coaches, and give players a smoother path into competition.
