US Quadball Partners with Omaha ForUs for 2027 US Quadball Cup
OMAHA, Neb. — US Quadball is proud to announce a new partnership with Omaha ForUs, an LGBTQ+ community center serving eastern Nebraska and western Iowa, as part of the 2027 US Quadball Cup in Sarpy County, Neb.
The partnership reflects a shared commitment to creating a welcoming, inclusive championship experience for every athlete, volunteer, official, and fan who attends.
As part of the collaboration, Omaha ForUs will work to connect the organization with LGBTQ+-friendly local businesses and vendors, provide guidance on creating an even more welcoming environment for LGBTQ+ attendees, and host an information booth throughout the weekend.
"Omaha ForUs is exactly the kind of community partner we hoped to find as we bring the US Quadball Cup to Omaha. One of USQ’s goals is to create a sense of inclusion and belonging. Working with an organization that serves and uplifts the local LGBTQ+ community helps us ensure that everyone who travels to Omaha feels welcomed not just at the venue, but throughout their entire championship experience," said USQ CEO Amanda Dallas.
Omaha ForUs is a nonprofit community center specializing in serving LGBTQ+ individuals and families across eastern Nebraska and western Iowa. Through intentional community-building and welcoming spaces, the organization provides essential support services and enriching programming for people of all ages.
From its choice-based food and hygiene pantry and inclusive clothing closet to peer support groups, game nights, and community programming, Omaha ForUs works to ensure LGBTQ+ individuals and families have access to resources, connection, and belonging.
In addition to helping identify inclusive local businesses and vendors for attendees, Omaha ForUs will maintain a presence at the event, offering information about its programs, resources, and the work it does throughout the region.
The 2027 US Quadball Cup will bring the nation's collegiate and club quadball teams to the CHI Health Multisport Complex in La Vista, Neb., for the USQ’s annual national championship.
Additional information about the championship, including event dates, ticketing, volunteer opportunities, and community partnerships, will be announced in the coming months. You can learn more at USQuadballCup.com.
