Amanda Dallas hired as US Quadball’s next CEO

US Quadball is excited to share the hiring of Amanda Dallas as Chief Executive Officer, effective Monday, August 4, 2025. Dallas is a longtime leader within the quadball community, brings more than a decade of leadership experience to the role, and is well-suited to drive US Quadball into a new stage of growth and development.

Dallas’s impact on quadball spans nearly every level – from playing, managing, and coaching college and club teams to competing internationally. As Co-Commissioner of Major League Quadball, she oversees a staff of over 100 across six departments, fosters key partnerships, and leads strategic efforts. Within US Quadball, Dallas has served on the board of directors and volunteered as an Editorial Director, the US National Team Manager, and USNT Development Academy coach. Outside of quadball, she spent three seasons as the Premier Ultimate League Commissioner and has held a number of corporate operations and sales/marketing roles.

“Stepping into the role of CEO of US Quadball is a responsibility I don’t take lightly. This sport has shaped so much of my life, and I’m committed to building a stronger, more sustainable future for USQ. Together with our players, volunteers, and partners, I’m excited to grow the game, strengthen our foundation, and ensure USQ provides a space for everyone,” Dallas said.

During her first season, Dallas will be publishing a blog series discussing the internal going ons of USQ and her personal work as CEO.

Interim Chief Operating Officer Shirley Lu will remain in her role throughout the leadership transition. While her future involvement with the organization has not yet been finalized, Lu’s continued presence will help ensure operational continuity and support Dallas’s onboarding process. US Quadball acknowledges and appreciates Lu’s leadership and steady guidance during an unexpected and challenging transition, which included the successful execution of US Quadball Cup 2025, managing league operations, and much more.

Alongside this transition, Grace Meyer and Duran Allison will be stepping down from their interim roles as Marketing and Communications Director and Membership Director, respectively. US Quadball extends its sincere thanks to both for their dedication and contributions during this pivotal period.

There are also several upcoming changes to our Board of Directors. Kenken Ladia will be retiring at the end of August after five years of dedicated service. Naresh Edala will also be retiring effective August 4th. We are grateful for the time, energy, and expertise these individuals have contributed to the organization. Additional details about leadership changes will be shared soon, as part of US Quadball’s ongoing efforts for transparency and governance. If you are interested in joining the board, please email board@usquadball.org for more information. Applications are currently open via LinkedIn.

An updated organizational chart that reflects changes in leadership is now available.

We will also be opening a number of volunteer roles over the next two months. If you’re interested in shaping the future of quadball in the U.S., you’re encouraged to keep an eye on this page for updated openings.
