• Write compelling content for various platforms, including website pages, social media, and training materials

• Copy-edit current content to ensure accurate and accessible information

Video Reel Editor

• Create sizzle reels to help amplify current USQ campaigns or for future campaign use

• Review USQ’s video archives

• Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and livestream team to develop visual assets that support your projects

Website Coordinator

• Create and update website content, such as text, images, or videos

• Offer assistance and troubleshooting support to resolve website-related issues

• Ensure website is up-to-date with latest information and accessibility features

Social Media Coordinator

• Manage social coverage schedule during large USQ events

• Create and edit social media copy and graphics

• Post on USQ social media accounts

Comms & Marketing Manager

• Manage the US Quadball brand and communications

• Work cross-functionally with department leaders and marketing team leads on large projects, including regional & national events

• Aid in content creation including but not limited to social posts, team resources, pr releases and blogs.

Events Coordinator

• Aid events director in planning, coordinating, and executing on USQ-hosted events

• Work with Tournament Directors to ensure safe and fun tournaments across the US.

Gameplay Officials Coordinator

• Work with referees & snitch runners to improve the officiating experience

• Create and improve upon referee and snitch runner resources and certifications

• Coordinate with officials to help staff USQ-hosted events

Membership Manager

Membership Outreach Coordinator

• Check in regularly with USQ teams and members of USQ and help guiding them to the best resources

• Bring feedback gathered to rthe elevant internal staff to help improve our organization

Membership Administrator

• Verify enrollment for college team members and follow-up should any resubmissions need to occur

• Generate analytics and reports based on membership trends, retention rates, and demographic information

USNT Developmental Academy Assistant

• Work with the USNT Manager to set a budget for the developmental academy

• Organize fundraising events throughout the year to alleviate cost to players

• Research and coordinate partnerships for the USNTDA

Financial Coordinator

• Create and maintain financial records for the USNT and USNTDA

• Assist in creation of fundraisers for the USNT and USNTDA

• Act as a liaison between the USNT program and USQ, collecting and recording receipts and requesting and tracking refunds on behalf of players and staff

Fundraising Coordinator

• Brainstorm fundraising ideas for the USNT and USNTDA with staff and athletes

• Create a yearly fundraising calendar

• Plan, create, and execute USNT and USNTDA fundraisers

• Record receipts and assist the USNT Financial Coordinator with financial reporting and distribution of funds

• Execute social media campaigns for USNT events and programs

• Create & edit social media copy & graphics

• Post on USNT social media accounts as needed this includes: Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram

Video Producer

• Attend and film USNT and USNTDA competitions (gameplay and highlight film)

• Produce and edit highlights for the USNT program

• Coordinate film for USNT Training Camps (this individual is not required to attend all training camps but would be expected to set up a film crew for these events)
