US Quadball Extends 2026‑27 Event Bid Deadline to Sept. 30, 2025
US Quadball will be extending the bid deadline for 2026-27 USQ events–including Quadballfest, USQ National Qualifiers, and the US Quadball Cup–to Sept. 30, 2025.
Reflecting feedback from prospective hosts, we have decided to move the original Aug. 1 deadline to the new date of Sept. 30. This adjustment offers additional time to assemble and refine proposals.
What Hosts Should Know
New Submission Deadline: Proposals are now due by midnight Eastern Time on Sept. 30, 2025.
Submission Process: Completed bid packets may be submitted via email to USQ Events Director Christian Barnes at bidding@usquadball.org or through the USQ bid submission form.
Semifinalist Notifications: The USQ Events team will notify all bidders by Oct. 15, 2025 as to whether they have advanced as semifinalists.
Site Visits and Finalists: Site visits will proceed on a rolling basis. Finalists will be formally announced in November 2025 with deal memo agreements following soon after.
