Our Process

Nominations

Anyone may nominate an athlete. However, USQ will review nominations for eligibility, region and division accuracy, and college or club designation.

Eligible nominees will be contacted to confirm whether they are able to attend if selected

Fan Vote

Fan voting will include eligible nominees.

Voting structure:

  • One week

  • One vote per person per day

  • Top six vote-getters per region earn automatic roster spots

  • Remaining roster spots are selected by committee

Committee Selection

Each region will have a selection committee of 3-5 members selected by USQ.

Committees may include:

  • Coaches

  • Former players

  • Officials

  • Gameplay representatives

  • Regional leaders

Committee members may not vote for themselves. Ideally, committee members will not be eligible or interested in playing.

Committees will consider:

  • Competitive balance

  • College and club representation

  • Positional needs

  • Team diversity

  • Player availability

  • Regional credibility

  • Leadership and sportsmanship
